Also, I don't know a lot about River Ranch, (they wanted to build one similar in Ascension several years back) but isn't it supposed to be self sustainable so outside spaces wouldn't really be a burden on the development itself.

well passing through it OK. you're on a major highway (that connects to 210 right at the northern point of that pick and i10 much further north). that's not a worry
