Almost every coach interview is worthless, not just Miles'. Its why I turn the channel when sports talk shows start the interviews.

As a coach he is in over his head, always has been. With a young team like this with little experience, this is where a real coach shines. He recognizes that his team has deficiencies and does everything he can to coach up the team to mask those weaknesses. He also recognizes the strengths of his personnel and plays to those strengths. He also sets expectations with the fan base during media days that this is not necessarily going to be our year - we are young and will experience growing pains but it will be a critical year in growth and development. Next year should be special.

Not Les. Its business as usual. We are just going to reload. We have questionable QB play, but we are not changing anything about our offense. We have a brand new rare talent in our backfield and we just throw him into the rotation, rather than leaning more heavily on him.

Les' answers? He has none.

Please answer my prayers Michigan!!!

Please, I'm begging.

I am so tired of hearing this from people. We can give somebody a shot. When the LSU job comes open somebody who knows a hell of a lot about coaching will emerge.

He doesnt have the answers and that's the problem. When the talent or experience isn't there he loses because he's an awful coach. Just look at Gus Malzahn. He took an auburn team that won 0 conference games the year before to a NC appearance with a db playing qb. Just imagine what he would do with the talent LSU has. He is a real coach and we need someone like him.

Even though Gus does destroy the Miles leaving = program destruction theory, you have to also admit that was an easy decision due to Gus' recent connection with university.

The biggest takeaway from that turnover is how having a viable offensive scheme can make you competitive right away. Gus is playing Madden while LSU is playing 10 yard fight

Same argument I heard when Arkansas was getting rid of Nutt, although they screwed that up. But they got a coach, like him or not, that got them back competitive in short order.
And look to have done it again after Petrino blew it. That said, not sure if I trust Aleva to handle it

Les could quite possibly be the worst communicator in the history of college football. I wouldn't look for anything meaningful to come out of any press conference or show that he has.
