The problem is that in a two tight end set there is one passing option, because we NEVER throw to the TEs.
So if it's a passing play and that one WR is covered, your opportunity to get any yards at all diminishes because there are 10 guys very near to the LOS.
There's a significant difference between the I formation with 3 WRs and the absurd two tight goal line set we've been seeing.

Even the I set with 1 wide receiver and 1 slot receiver on the same side with a TE on the opposite side is a terrible formation. It limits you big time

Might as well just pick another team to follow. Les will never move away from a power run game plan.
