Saw W's interview at the gym this morning. He was at a Wounded Warrior Fundraiser.
I can't remember if he said the comment posted in the OP directly but he was asked about President Obama doing something with ISIS and the Fox douchenozzle was aiming for him to badmouth Obama, but he didn't do it.
Interestingly, he did say that he talked to Clinton several times during his own presidency, for advice and as a friend since then, but the Obama presidency has only reached out to him to tell him that they got Bin Laden.
Also of note, they said that all presidents had reached out to Nixon at one point or another while he was alive and was a trusted advisor.

W has done a lot of things as an ex POTUS like the Wounded Warrior stuff, but he seldom gets in the spotlight.
