In fact, santa clara county - the heart of the valley is the fastest growing county in california. You don't grow if people are leaving.

There are plenty of operations centers relocating because of labor value, or lack thereof, but the innovators are all still out there. That's where it all starts, then to scale, they relocate what they can to drive down labor.
Pretty standard shite, regardless of industry.
