How did you receive the citation? By mail? If so, was it certified? Did you sign for it?
Same thing, fricking Gretna Brah. They mailed it to me and the 2nd notice had a late fee. No registered or certified mail. Its a scam. Im not paying that shite. They want to ticket people for 6 miles over the posted speed limit at a hefty fine, Put a real cop out there.
