h20. lot's of it. 64oz minimum. Keep it up and it will become habit. Charcoal filtered is the best, but we have a fancy spring water cooler @ work. I don't turn down free spring water ya heard.

am is coffee, nearly a gallon of water to flush during the day and a few cocktails to end evening nicely
