I agree with The EGG. It is not like the ones getting most of the snaps are doing much either and they are young as well. Rotate the healthy ones in and see what happens..it couldn't be much worse. Then grade the film, but give them some snaps against quality teams to see where they really are at this point.

The light may turn on for some and for others it may never, but give them a chance. Sometimes, a real game brings out qualities not seen before.
