I sure as hell have not seen a drag route being run by our WRs.

When Jennings takes the field, the entire stadium should walk out

But not better than J.Lee in 2011, until the Bama game and CLM re-inserted JJ into the mix and kicked JL back to the back of the bus.

Can he hand off out of the I-formation and read that his one WR is triple covered on a drag route?

This is ALL he would have to do to play QB at LSU

I wasn't expecting him to put up numbers like that. Not like they were insanely great numbers in 2011 but they were consistent and good.

Well, if Jennings knows the playbook, and Harris doesn't, maybe THATS the problem, the playbook sucks!

Not hard to see the difference on the field though, BH is better. And with a young team, it only makes sense to give him an equal shot.

Not like that would be asking a lot, but we've had such poor experiences with QBs (esp. JJ, and JL's freshman horror story '08) in recent years that even just being consistent and good would be a vast improvement. The thought of going through x number of years/seasons waiting/hoping either JA or Harris develop under this present coaching regime is a major downer, turnoff, another dis-incentive to be excited for another LSU football season to roll around.

Jennings is having a far better 2nd year than Lee had.

In fact, Jennings' 2nd year is better than Lee's 3rd and 4th year.

As a matter of fact, Jennings' 2nd year might be better than Lee's 5th year.

Jennings has a higher YPA than Lee had in 2011.
Jennings has a better TD to INT ratio than Lee had in 2011.
Jennings has more passing yards per game than Lee had in 2011.
Jennings' efficiency (147.7) is just a hair short of Lee's efficiency for 2011 (152.0).
Jennings does not have nearly the run support that Lee had in 2011.

Just something to consider.

Harris is the better quarterback, has more upside, and doesn't look as confused as Jennings. This is starting to get old with me. It's like Miles makes a decision at qb and it's set in stone. Come on man, switch it up one time, once, for the love of god!

Here's some thing to consider: Harris > Jennings.

If Harris had all the starts he would have higher averages than both of them!

Why are we worried about who will be behind center when the qb will just be handing the ball off anyway?
