At least for the RB screens, it's because the coaching staff doesn't know how to coach it.

If you Rewatch the games, look at every screen we run. There is always a oline or wr out in the area not touching anybody.

In a screen pass its important for every player to block somebody (anybody), but to often we have at least one guy not blocking anyone and that's the guy that makes the play.

This. There is never anybody blocked when we do complete them. All blockers this year seem completely incompetent.
