Think about how dejected the Auburn fan base was after this beat-down.

Not saying that we're going to the championship this year, but Jesus, people, it's one game. Give it a second before we start talking about Firing the same coach that people were talking about building a statue for this offseason.

First year head coach at their school. Nobody was ready to fire Mahlzahn.

Les is in his 10th year. He's been to one BCS bowl in his last 7 and got embarrassed in that game. Les has lost 3 games for two consecutive years while sending the most players into the NFL for both of those seasons.

We'll see how this one finishes out.

So losing to LSU on the road is now the same as losing to Mississippi State at home? Geeze, we really have fallen a long way guys.

You realize that they were playing on the road right? They were playing a top 15 team, right? In the end, it isn't the same. Auburn struggled for a half on offense, then got going. LSU struggled for an entire game with the exception of 5 minutes at the end.

I think this team still has a ton of potential this season, but losing at home to MSU the WAY they lost is what is the killer.

Just stop trying to compare two unlike teams. One has an innovative offensive leader, while the other has Les "stuck in the stone age" Miles.
