The debt doesn't bother me. Paying 650/month on rent is absurd on a 33k salary. Taking unpaid vacation is even more absurd when it means you can't even afford groceries on your damn pay day

No, it's not. Where the hell do you find a decent place to live for less than that?
Also, a rule of thumb is typically one third your gross pay for rent, which would be about 900

Are you living in the year 2014 OP? $650/month is not expensive for a decent 1br apt. Would you rather her live in a crack den for $400/month? I'm pretty sure crack dens cost more than that though too.
And OMG $500 credit card debt? Are you serious? That's nothing. Does she pay it off or is she just making minimum payments? Quite honestly, she sounds like a 24 yr old right out of college. Probably not making the best financial decisions, but it's hardly cause for concern IMO.
Obviously bothers you though, so cut her loose. You'll be doing her a huge favor.

650/month on a 33k salary is perfectly reasonable. This is where you lost me.
