I don't think there's a secret that he is on thin ice.
Even if he doesn't get kicked off for this, his pattern of reckless behavior would lead one to surmise he will do something less than savory in the near future.
I wish he would cool it down and keep his nose to the grindstone. He is a great athlete that could be an NFL hall of famer with his arms and legs. Sadly I don't think he has the brains for it.

I wouldn't worry too much about him.
Gets kicked out of FSU, cools his jets for a year in AA then join whatever team is dumb/desperate enough to give Lane Kiffin another HC job and he's right back in business.
Or maybe your boy Urban is up to save another lost soul after the fine work he did molding Hernandez.
