Other than just keeping my AT&T order, what could I have done differently?
It certainly wasn't my fault that Apples site was FUBAR for an hour and a half. It wasn't my fault that Apple processed my order without verifying that I was upgrade eligible. And it wasn't my fault that AT&T made it nearly impossible to cancel orders.
