I follow the Blackhawks really only because I was delayed at Chicago midway airport during their last Stanley cup title 2 years ago. Didn't really know anything about the team, next thing I know I'm getting drunk in a bar cheering for the Blackhawks with all the locals and it was a blast. Now that I follow them I enjoy it and really like Kane and toews.

Nice. They have the Blackhawks Restaurant and Bar at O'Hare that's pretty legit even if you aren't a fan

Check out a game at United Center next time you are in town. Best environment I've seen outside of college football.

My SO and I bought $50 SRO tickets last time we went and a couple with season tickets told us we could sit next to them in the $400 center ice seats because their friends couldn't make it

Avs. They're young, fast, and Patrick Roy (long time Avs goalie, 2 Stanley Cups with them) is their coach and he's not afraid to knock down the glass to try and kick the other coach's arse.

One of his first games as head coach.

ETA: And what sounds better than visiting Denver one weekend to catch an Avs and Broncos game?
