Just got an email about a presale promotion of their show December 17 at the Smoothie King Center. How is their holiday show?

It's a good time and the second half of the show rocks. One of the best light shows around.

I never got the appeal of this band. They seem premeditated and artificial.

It's basically a rock concert with a laser light show and a lot of story telling by an old black guy with an incredible voice. 1 guy does about a 10 minute solo of Old City Bar, which a lot of people think is boring, but that's my favorite song by them. It's not for everyone, but I enjoy them.

I've been twice. The first time was awesome. The second time not so much. Thinking about bringing my daughter this year. It's worth checking out once if you never been.

Ya. They have two tours now. East and West coast going at the same time. The lead guy Paul ONiell has made an amazing amount of money. Watched him tip at least 20 people 100$ each, and he threw me 400$.
Music may suck, but he seems like them man to me.
