Do you think Saban & 'Bama try to get on LSU's nerves by making offers and trying to arrange visits to players either committed or seriously interested in LSU? Seems like this is not the first time this has happened.
The name Andy Dodd mean anything to you?

I still think it looks good for the Tigers for Womack.

I'm sure their entire recruiting budget is geared towards "what can make LSU pout", and not "lets get the best damn players we can"
Bama offered Womack because he's a damn good tackle, nothing more nothing less

Visits are visits... whether they are good or bad for the home team will depend on factors other than just the visit.
Womack basically committed to us just AFTER a Ole Miss visit. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but both he and his dad were not happy with OM, maybe their staff. Combined with him being blown away by LSU and Grimes, that sealed the deal.
If LSU doesn't stop staying in contact or anything else that upsets recruits (and there has been NO indication of that happening) then I hope he enjoys his visit to Gumpland and I'm not worried at all.
But to take the visits and have secondary and tertiary choices ready to go just in case LSU does screw it up is just good practice. Don't blame him, even it this wasn't one of the best visits that every recruit takes (can say same about LSU and Bama) it would still be in his best interest to visit.

i would start to get concerned if he signs financial agreement with the gumps. otherwise he is early enrolle and will need to report to campus soon in three months

I posted this a while back
I am a fan of Mr. David Womack.....So here is the story fellas...A few Ole Miss posters started talking shite about Matt and how they hope he gets buried in the depth chart, etc....and Matt's dad responds with this on their 247 board.

I didn't want to say it but yes he was there, I saw him with my own eyes and he didn't even speak too us. So would it made a difference with Matt you Yes it would have. Would it made a difference if someone from Jan to May would have made contact. Yes ! if stste had offered he would have committed and never would have gone OM camp because he had no contact. So hang all the stay in state stuff on someone else because we gave the State of Ms it's chance.

One other thing on the in state stuff. Where would OM be without the out of State kids? Do you tell those kids to stay in there home State? So I guess it's okay if they come to OM from out of state because they can all gets jobs in Oxford. How big is Oxford? Yes if I sound pissed it's because I am.

He pillaged their woman, ate their food, and left a sign that says STTDB in Saban's office.
What is best?

I remember when everyone was complaining that LSU accepted his commitment because he was only a 2/3 star, now Bama offers and everyone cares now.

Whatever happens, he is getting his 4 star now.
Well played and Geaux Tigers!

Yes, good point about Andy Dodd, but I don't think he is the first one who showed serious interest in LSU that Saban offered just to upset Miles and the rest of the coaching staff.

Well hopefully they recognize the BS the other coaches dish out. These coaches go on and on and on about honoring your commitment and keeping your word while at the same time going after young men who have already committed elsewhere.
Hopefully they can recognize sincerity and integrity when they see it. I look forward to him honoring his commitment.
