Considering the rumor that TMZ paid $250,000 for the video of Jay-Z fighting with his sister in law ironically in a hotel elevator, you don't maybe think that somebody who had that video had a reason to sit on it for a while?

.....and the NFL repeated Tuesday that authorities did not make available the video of Ray Rice assaulting his future wife in a hotel elevator at an Atlantic City casino last winter.
