97 hours of consensus

Because 97% of researching scientists believe GW is real & caused by us, they are doing 97 statements, 1 per hour.,
They are basically the responses to the quasi-science conservatives quote on here constantly.

98 should be about funding.

and to pre-empt the latest goofy argument, that climate has always been changing...
previous warming events versus current
previous warming events versus current

I state this in every climate change thread.
Even if man is causing climate change
What do you expect us to do about it? What are your proposed solutions?
It's sad that the only solutions are more taxes, more spending, larger government, less liberty, and more bureaucracy. The same moronic politicians who would impose these solutions would be exempt themselves.

do you really think there is no funding available to someone who wants to show no global warming? Really? All the real money is against it.

If we agree on it, then we can talk solutions. Right now the flat-earthers still maintain there isn't even a problem.

Leading with Mann? Good decision there consensus folks.
Oh...what is the " global " temperature supposed to be?
And...what is the CO2 concentration supposed to be?

This had to be a joke...Mann's reach has been thoroughly discredited at this point.
What is even more pathetic is the 97 percent consensus number has been thoroughly debunked.
We won't even get into the fact that there was a consensus there was no such thing as plate tectonics as recently as the 1950s.
But I'm glad the poliboard bigot started this thread.

Any "solutions" involve gaining compliance from developing countries that are never going to go along with our quest to save the world. These solutions are also likely to hit the poor hardest, making them poorer in places where they can't be much poorer.
Solutions are being proposed...things like fracking and nuclear power provide much cleaner energy than oil and coal. However, environmentalists reflexively (and quite anti-scientifically, I should add) oppose these measures, instead advocating an unrealistic kind of minimalist approach that is not going to meet the needs of our planet's population.
So even if I want to accept the premise offered by these climate scientists, that doesn't mean I ought to consider them experts on what economic measures are required to fix climate change.

In other words: Just believe us, we need the money.

This statement makes no sense. So, even if we didn't have the evidence, we would still know that it is happening? Sounds like a bunch of presuppositions to me. And really bad science.

Yes, let's quote a guy who completely ignores the Little Ice Age and Medieval Warming Periods to arrive at his "hockey stick" data.
This is a better vehicle for delivering his data sets:
Maybe in his next cutesy quote-thingy he'll clue us "flat-earthers" in on how tree rings determine temperature.

You should actually trying reading thing you post and understanding methodologies. I know that is a lot to ask, but just a smidgen of effort on your part would go a long way in enhancing your understanding of content in your threads.
The 97% number has been debunked repeatedly. Posting it does nothing by expose your ignorance.
