If that motorcycle was an 18 Wheeler, you would be advocating his hanging. But because you drive a bike, and bikes are smaller than cars, you're treating this guy with kid gloves.

No I'm not. The guy was a dumbass. That doesn't remove fault from the person that actually caused the collision.
