I'm not sure who's defending the LSU Houston Chapter. I planned the event and my handle on here expresses just that! Please do not associate anyone to the LSU Houston Chapter making posts on this or any other thread unless my name is attached. I'm hear to learn and make sure that we don't, if given the chance, make the same mistakes. I can tell you this.....It won't be at a place where my hands are tied contractually. We looked at several locations but kept it there due to the proximity of the game. I appreciate all the feedback. I will tell everyone here that the majority of the problems were ones that I personally warned the caterer of repeatedly. LSU Houston alumni members were not serving the drinks (by law we aren't allowed) and we couldn't fix the restrooms. We tried to order more tables but the venue didn't have any left! The issues being talked about here are very valid! Thank you for the feedback and I promise I will try and do it better next time. It doesn't hurt my feelings at all that some are upset. With a crowd that size there will be those that have something to say. To me....it's all information for an opportunity for improvement. AND if anyone wants to throw the next 5000+ tailgate hit me up! I'll be happy to tell you where I went wrong. Thanks again for the comments. Cheers everyone!
