How are the trust issues manifesting?
Is she spying on you or is she just occasionally battling doubts that you may be running around on her. If the latter, well sure, that's her right. Giving her an ultimatum on that point is dumb. She doesn't owe you trust on that, so if it's just latent insecurity that you're going to cheat on her, you should probably just DWI if you want to stay with her, and over time, you'll probably gain it largely back.
