Cam will open it up a bit as the season progresses but probably not as much as some would like. He's always carefully managed risk/reward with his young QBs. He did it with Philip Rivers and then Flacco. He isn't going to out them in position to massively fail in an effort to hyper speed their progress. Too many coaches do that to young QBs. Cam doesn't and it pays off in the long run, although it can be frustrating at times.
