Went to buy beer and they said they stopped selling because of a incident. Anybody know what happened?

The incident was very serious. They ran out of beer.

So people can use two quarters of football to sober up before the drive home?

I was next in line for beer when they came around and gave the word to stop selling. It sucked.

NRG Policy:
Alcoholic Beverage Policies
Alcohol may not be brought into NRG Stadium. Guests who appear to be under age 35 are required to show valid photo ID indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol at NRG Stadium. Alcohol sales are limited to two (2) drinks per person per transaction. All public alcohol sales will end at the end of the third quarter.

We brought beer in the 3rd quarter, they stop selling after the 3rd quarter

In our area they stopped selling all alcohol very early in the third quarter, right after halftime. Somebody told me it was because a fight between LSU & Wisconsin fans had broken out.
Why that means the entire stadium needs to be punished, I don't know. Can't imagine they liked the loss of revenue either, though.

We were told by the workers there were too many fights so they shut all alcohol sales down...

I was at the game and I hears someone say the police shut it down because of 300+ alcohol related arrests! I seen 4 myself.

Wow. Against a non-rival team in a neutral location?
Crazy.
