It's definitely a good one. Best ever? Maybe. It's a little overindulgent at a few parts (although nowhere near as bad as Lamb Lies Down...)

If Dark Side of the Moon is considered prog it's up there. I love Thick as a Brick and then you have your Fragile from Yes. It's top 5 for sure though.

And honestly Trick of the Tail and Abacab are both pretty awesome Genesis albums too, especially without some of Gabriel's overindulgent bullshite he brought to the table sometimes.
