My comment was more for Fed, state and local govt's, but I think it also trickles down to avg citizens to an extent.
The plastic and duct tape really reminded me of the old Civil Defense "duck and cover" videos of the 50's and 60's

I'm not freaking about it, but I'm not blind to the fact that something could possibly happen.
You bash people for watching the news and being concerned about possible threats, yet it's obvious that you spew the same shite that the psycho conspiracy theorist Alex Jones does. And you spew it almost word for word.
