At this point, do your best to either get a degree to pay the bills or that will open the door to graduate studies in your future. This is your plan b.

While in school now, BUST YOUR arse to land as many school-approved movie internships as you can. Tell those hiring that you're willing to work in any department. Movie department heads will love you because you're paid labor and YOU ARE INSURED BY YOUR SCHOOL. Otherwise, shows won't touch you.

Parlay multiple internships (or luck out and jump right into) into a PA position. Bust your arse and become as liked as possible by as many people as possible. Repeat the process and begin to work your way up from a PA through the ranks of assistant directors (or branch out into other departments).

In general, a film degree is worthless and will land you no coin in and of itself.

Am film graduate.

I would rather be a PA and go into the grip department, locations, set lighting, props, etc.

You need like 600 days on set to be a 2nd 2nd, and that's IF someone likes you enough. That's a long time to be making $120/day.
