The question isn't who was prettier, or more beautiful. As the saying goes, eager beats pretty.

Audrey may very well have been wild...but what are the odds she was anywhere near as wild as you'd expect Marylin to have been?

That's also to say that not every girl next door type that's beautiful would also be prudish or less fun. Take a girl like Natalie Wood...



Absolutely gorgeous...but check out her eyes. Compare them to Audrey and get back to me about which one would likely be more fun. Grace Kelly is in the same boat as Audrey. Nearly perfect...but does not at all give the impression she'd have been that much fun.

Compare to Ann-Margaret. Also beautiful, but not in the same classic model way either Grace Kelly or Audrey were...but look at her eyes! Wow...
