It's not just the fast food in Jackson. I have never been in a place with such horrible customer service at every dinning establishment I went to.

Ya think? Except for Chick Fil A. Everyone is always nice there. You take that same angry, usually black, person who works at McDonald's and the other chains and stick them at CFA, and their attitude and demeanor will probably complete change.
