Why would you want to go the cheap route on something that will be permanently built into your home.
That'd be like building a home with Chinese drywall to save a few bucks.
I'd rather spend $1000 on a grill with a lifetime warranty than $500 on one that id have to replace.

Only if covered, many outdoor kitchens I've seen are not covered or they have a pergola over them. Eventually weather exposure will cause you to replace the grill if not covered.
