Houston brunch recommendations?

Going this weekend, get in Friday afternoon. Looking for a restaurant either on Saturday or Sunday for brunch. Prefer upscale environment for me and my wife as we'll be celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Does Brenner's on the Bayou offer such? Evan a Vic & Anthony's (both owned by the same restaurant group)?
What are my choices?

The new Churrascos by Memorial city mall is really nice, and they have a good brunch.
BRC Gastropub
Liberty Kitchen and Oyster Bar
Cook and Collins
Arcadoro's
Max's Wine Dive
RDG Bar
Hugo's
Tons of great places...I'm sure Offshore will sign in and give others.

Love Max's. Didn't realize they offered a brunch.

My votes go to:
Liberty Kitchen and BRC (same owner)
Tiny Boxwood's (for your lady)
If anyone is looking for a fantastic Mexican breakfast/brunch look no further than La Guadalupana.

We love Mexican. So this may be in the cards.
Thanks to all for the recommendations.

It isn't just their breakfast that's great. The owner/head chef used to be the head baker at Houston Country Club. La Guadalupana is a bakery too. If you go, when you pay you should ask them for a churro too, best I've ever had.
Their enchiladas de mole are fantastic. I typically stick with huevos rancheros for breakfast. Good migas too.

La Guad is great...but it's not upscale at all...in fact it's a borderline shite hole with great, great food.

Americas brunch on Sundays is my favorite.
It's a $30 "buffet", but new food is constantly coming out of the kitchen (you can order off the menu as well). It also has crepe, omelet, and dessert stations including it's famous tres leches

We have been to Ouisie's, as a matter of fact, my wife's company treats them to Ousie's every time she is in town. Good food, but looking for something new to both of us.
Thanks for the suggestion though.

Union Kitchen
Brick and Spoon (have a bacon bread pudding..lets be real)
Those are without a doubt the best places with most variety.

Those might be the most mediocre suggestions I've ever seen here in Houston.
Try again.
