I've read about it in a couple places. I can't seem to find any other links than this right now. And I didn't really read through this entire thread, but it should give you some of the specifics.

I can't make heads or tails of the SONRIS maps. That land owner from LAS that claims he owns the land says he owns everything from Bayou Laurier to Fourchon south of HWY 1, but the SONRIS map shows a large portion of that as State Agency land in green. I'm evidently not reading something right.
