That's fine if you don't think god is real. Then, it is perfectly fair to believe that rights come from our nature as humans.
If there was no government, then men would still be blessed with those three rights.

So this part is saying, by virtue of human physical capabilities, these things are possible. I don't see how this is any more than a statement of fact, regardless of the 'power' that you deem to have granted said capabilities.

It's not meant to affect you theology. It just shows where the founders believed our rights derived from.
