If the QB under performs and the freshmen don't make a big splash this year, we could easily lose any combination of: Alabama UF Ole Miss Auburn Wisconsin

Yes, but IF the freshmen DO make a big splash and we rush for 300-350 yards per game, we can still have mediocre QB play and be looking at a playoff berth. Have faith - we are stacked and it will show soon.
1 loss max. :jump1: :jump2: :jump1: :jump2:

I put 4 games in the "Can't possibly lose" category. Can't help you with the rest.

My god, you're delusional. The blind homerism by some on this board is just shocking.

The offensive line will allow a running game to grind the clock. If we can shorten the game via running and control the clock then yes we can win them all.

I think it all comes down to the offensive line.

That's the key. Not the quarterbacks. High percentage passes will rule the day with the occasional long ball to catch a sleeping secondary off guard.

RUN RUN RUN DINK RUN RUN RUN DINK RUN RUN BOMB

That's about it.

Can't stand all of this hedging. Fricking state what you think the team will do, at least that's my opinion. If you think we'll underachieve, so so. If you think we're going to the ship, say so. Pick a side.

People want to play both sides, be the "realist" fan that's not a homer, but when the team does great it's "I always believed in them." Frick all of that, that's no way to be a fan IMO. It's short for fanatic, so be a fanatic.

A little bit.

But I'm not losing sleep over it. I'm just excited to watch some fricking ball.

Extremely hard for me to pick a team LSU will lose to, I honestly expect LSU to beat every single one. But I'm not as crazy I appear, LSU puts more players in the NFL than any other team.

No eye roll?

Tell me about Sabans record vs CLM before the most recent three?

I'm always amazed at the unrealistic expactions of some of us

Unfricking believable 10-2 or 11-1 is not being unrealistic. I will be shocked if LSU loses more.

I hope somebody bumps this thread in December.

Like it or not, this is a bit of a rebuilding year.

Last years Defense finished in the top twenty and it was considered an average LSU D, there is no way that D is not improved.

The O-line is considered to be one of the best in the country not the SEC the country. Could anyone ask for a better backfield? There is no Question mark hovering over the WR's they will be fine. Whichever QB starts doesn't have to win it they just have to not lose it.

LSU will be fine 11-1 is not a stretch.

Why should I stop? Do you really think we don't have a big question mark at DT? Bringing back guys that didn't start last year, even though our DTs were underwhelming?

Sorry, but I've got my eyes wide open.
