You ain't lookin hard enough Bone. I killed 3 in my driveway in one week 2 years ago and 4 babies where I park my truck. They are here in abundance.

One reason for that is everyone kills them as soon as they see them. It seems to be instilled in most people from a young age to kill snakes. Apparently most people think snakes are just hoping to kill you and your family while you sleep. However, bears, which are less common, yet kill and maul far more people than snakes in North America, are cool, and everyone just takes photos of them. Who needs logic, when you can just shout what paw paw told you?
