I got a friend that's discussed selling hunts in N LA. He told me he was thinking it would be like $2,000 if you shot, but you could go sit all you want if you did not shoot.
They have been taking some big deer off the place and I think the biggest I saw was in the 180" range.

You can get a hell of a lot more than $2k for a hunt if there are 180" deer running around

I also emailed a place in Texas that said they have a 90 percent success rate. Their price is $1800 for a 130", but if you shoot a 140s it bumps up to $2800.
I think that's pretty expensive, but could be wrong

So like a lease/club that you could hunt whenever. You only pay if you kill?
That's actually not a bad idea. Could have a pay scale on size and one for does.
