As with most of your arguments you choose to ignore the facts that don't agree with you.

There were numerous witnesses.

The cops who arrived after the the guy was shot heard gunshots.

There were other people in the car with the dead guy and they ran from the scene.

Edited to add: Lunchbox I don't know who else had motive. But it takes a lot more than motive to convict someone of murder. And in this case the prosecution had no other evidence but motive.
