This is from Friday, IIRC.
The woman in question is NOT a witness but, instead, a family friend who had been told the cop's side of the story before this became a huge national story. And pretty much everything released since then has matched what she said.

Yes, and this was just another shitty move by CNN... they treated it today as "breaking news" even when we've been discussing it HERE for days.
