Don't go the typical route through life simply because you think that's what you're supposed to do. There is no pre-made outline for life. Life is too short to live the cookie-cutter life of working a 9-5, buying a house with a white picket fence, and hoping you retire at age 65, only to be too tired to enjoy your free time. Do what you want and don't look back.

If you have the opportunity to go on a trip (and can legitimately afford it without succumbing to CC debt) do it. You won't be able to take a 6 week vacation when you start working. Right now is the point in life where you can do anything cheap.
