He hasn't won a championship in over 12 years. He's still a decent driver, but he's old. He has been in top equipment for his entire career, the restart problems are clearly due to him and not his team. I don't see the other Hendrick drivers having any issues.

With out the rules change he would have had at least one more driving championship.
How many other drivers are using Hendrix equipment?
