no one is saying they are elite (elite programs win those games) - we are arguing "relevancy"

you're arguing against notre dame being elite. no one is saying that.
you can be relevant without being elite. if people are talking about you and voting you high, you are relevant.

also, far from the truth.
ND is one of only two programs to NEVER schedule an FCS school - their schedule is routinely rated as one of the most difficult year-in and year-out.
