I've tried it a handful of times. It's tasty and frothy but I don't know if I'm sold on all of the alleged health benefits and claims of increased mental focus.

For those that are unfamiliar essentially it's just coffee that you throw in a blender with some sort of fat base like unsalted butter, coconut oil, or MCT oil.

I've tried a few different combinations and the taste difference is almost negligible depending on whether you use oil or butter IMO.

I have tried just mixing coconut oil in my coffee and it was greasy and gross. I guess blending it is key. I do take a tablespoon of coconut oil each morning though.

I drink it. I take all of the health claims about this kind of stuff with a huge grain of salt, but when I tried it I liked it, so I kept drinking it.

I've used the kind of coffee they recommend and costco coffee. I can't tell a difference other than the third coast coffee I used was better coffee.

I do coffee +kerry gold unsalted + mtc oil then immersion blend.
