I think you should read La R.S. 14:81.1 more carefully before telling this guy his wife is in the clear
Ok, I read it. Now, what was your point?
I'm not sure from the OP that any pornography was involved but, assuming it was, that statute clearly does not make it illegal to receive unsolicited child pornography so what was inaccurate about what I posted.
Of course, there is a valid reason why "receipt" or "receiving" was specifically and intentionally omitted form the long list of prohibited acts.
JMHO of course, I'm not involved in public law enforcement.

It isn't unsolicited you clown. She installed the app, and PAYS for the service to the tune of 50 bucks a year.
She is actively asking for suck images to be sent to her. For example, I can't go into an illegal gun suite with a thousand dollars, then claim I didn't mean to get an illegal gun if it gets raided.
So you been sneaking underage kiddir pics too, through your kids phone?
Best of luck when you go to jail and they seize your house, pedo.

My point is that assuming she doesn't immediately delete the picture(s) "from an under aged girl that was "questionable" in content", then she is in possession of it, which is against the law - if "questionable in content" means "child porn."
