Certain segments of society (and white rednecks are in there too) love them some commemorative T-shirts. Not sure if you caught it, but the Mom of the St. Louis victim had a shirt with him on it during interviews less than 24 hours after his death.
That and memorial stickers on the back windows of their cars.
