Is the ssd drive an external and In addition the regular drive or are they both internal?
Also, what do think of hybrids?

Both drives are internal. I am working on writing up full detailed easy instructions on installing the ssd in the dell and moving the operating system to it. I'm out of town today and pulling an all nighter for work tonight, so give me a couple days.
Don't bother with the hybrids. They are mostly only meant for laptops where you only have room for one drive and want the high capacity. They aren't as effective in practice as they appear in theory.
