Have seen the 6'3"-6'4" height in a number of mainstream news stories. What doesn't make sense is that Brown's companion said that the cop grabbed Brown by the neck while he was still seated in his police car and Brown was outside the car. Johnson said nothing about Brown leaning his head down toward the car door, so just how long were that cop's arms?

I found that odd too. Why would you pull some one into your car unless they had a gun pointed at your face and your were trying to take the gun.
