It really sounds like a browser plug-in. Check and see what extensions you have loaded. Does it affect all browsers?

2 more I use but can't remember them. I'll check back when I get home.

run those after checking your programs list. You can sort by installation date. uninstall anything that looks suspicious.

As stated, also check your extension list.

You really need to watch streaming sites, there are advertisements all over the place that make you think you need to click them to watch the vid but you don't.
