I thought the beta was pretty good. You have to understand that none of what you will actually be doing, other than the first few hours, after launch was featured in the beta though.

The beta was awesome. PvP seems to have two different options. One where everything is restricted and balanced (levels/Weapons/dmg/abilities)and another where they are wide open. Both seem pretty legit.
