I would tend to agree. Between the Mannings, Marshall Faulk, Ed Reed, Odell, Fournette, etc., the 504 makes a pretty good habit of producing all-world talent.

Are we counting the river parishes as "Nola area"? Pound-for-pound, that is where the most LA talent is.
