That entire quote was complete sarcasm on the part of Gary Andersen, if you didn't catch that. Do you really think Wisconsin would/has the personnel to run a triple-option, four-wide, and an uptempo offense?

I honestly said "Well that is not something I'm familiar with...but ok"

No. He is a good coach and will indeed have a good plan!

I do think they try to spread it out and get Gordon out in space/ to the edge.

I've watched a lot of Gordon, and he is good between the tackles, not great, but good. His bread and butter, and the reason why he has so high of a YPC average, is because of the fly/jet sweep. They block it really well and he has the space that when their is a crease, he is usually gone.
LSU is made for stopping that. I'll say that they get some good yardage up the middle, but our speed on the perimeter, will snuff that other shite out. Gordon and Clement will probably get the ball 45 times just between them. I think we should rotate four guys up the middle to keep fresh.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Wisky came out in some version of (at least sporadically) a spread offense. Given Andersen's history with the spread and the potential for them to play the converted safety at QB (his name escapes me).
However, I'd feel more comfortable with LSU stopping the "spread" Wisky vs. the "power" Wisky.
We'll set up in Mustang and bring the pain.

I doubt they use too much of it, they haven't recruited for that.
Wrong. Anderson will start implementing his offense here in year 2. He basically ran Bielema's offense last year.

A lot like South Carolina stopped it?

Was that Lorde and "Honeybee" by Blake Shelton they were listening to???
How will that simulate any type of crowd noise?
What a bunch of Pu**ies. We thrash them.

I currently reside in Wisconsin and there was a great article in the State Journal Monday about how they're going to throw the ball down field more than they ever have, as well as playing up-tempo. The same old Wisky ground and pound game seems to be a thing of the past.
Also in the article they called Melvin Gordon and Corey Clement (to quote exactly) "the best running back tandem in the country."

Which will come back to haunt the program for a long time in the future when they no longer are the most psychical team on the field every week.
For 25 years they pound the ball downhill. Now this new coach is going to run the spread. Good luck since you will need it!

A lot of all around poor play in both videos, especially from the secondary and QB's. Maybe they were scrimaging and practicing at 75% speed.
For their sake I hope so...
